As we are not a big brand (yet!), we offer the following:
- FREE standard shipping for Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Monaco, UK and Germany
- €15 Flat rate for the rest of Europe for orders under €300
- €29 Flat rate for outside of Europe for orders under €300
- FREE standard shipping everywhere for any order over €300
- Rate will be calculated at check out
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once payment is received, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- We will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of your order, do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
In case of any stock availability issues, we will contact you within 48h.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, you can return it within 14 days from reception day in accordance with the Belgian law of 6 April 2010 regarding market practice and consumer protection.
Here is our process:
- Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with subject line mentioning “Return + order number”, and include your name and a short description of why the items will be returned (this will help us to improve our customer service upfront). Include a picture if you think it would help.
- You will receive an email with detailed info on how to ship/return the product. It is very important to follow the instructions in order to get the full refund.
- The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging. Products must be returned in their original condition: unwashed and unworn and in their original packaging. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
- The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be refunded unless a new product is chosen or unless the return is due to an accepted complaint (defective product or shipment of incorrect item vs your order). Note that we will cover the return shipping cost for one exchange only.
- Goods must be returned using DHL as courier. It will be shipped on the account of Kinamania and customer service will supply you with all necessary documents.
- As soon as we have received your returned package, we will send you your new item or transfer the amount of purchase minus the return shipping cost (we will send you proof of cost). We will refund payment to the same credit card or method of payment used during purchase.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
